Refunds, Warranty’s, Exchanges & Cancellations

Refund Policy:

We do not offer refunds due to the nature of each item. All of our pieces are made custom for you, with your own inclusions, and can not be sold to anyone else.

Once your package has been handed over to the postal service, Luna & Grace Keepsakes is no longer responsible for any lost, stolen, damaged or delayed items during transit. To ensure protection for your order, shipping insurance must be purchased at checkout. This insurance will cover the cost of lost or damaged packages. Should an issue arise with your shipment, please contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim.

Warranty:

Every item on the site comes with a lifetime warranty. The warranty covers all issues, except for the following:

  • Your item was damaged beyond repair (we will offer discounts to customers who’ve damaged their items beyond repair and would like to repurchase). (Please note, if your item was damaged beyond repair during shipping, we will replace the item free of charge.)

  • Breakage of a chain for a necklace or a bracelet (we offer replacement chains at a discounted price).

  • You purchased the incorrect ring size.

  • You purchased the wrong material.

  • Your item was lost in the mail.

  • Tarnish on a gold vermeil item.

  • You lost your item (we will offer discounts to customers who lost their item and would like to repurchase).

  • You don’t like to color of the stone you received, but you didn’t provide us a picture of the specific color you would like OR agreed to final mock up via Facebook messages/email.

  • Your item was not made in house (For example: If you purchased a DIY kit, sent us a ring to add a stone to, or you or your local funeral home added the stone to one of our items.)

  • Solid gold chains will be replaced with gold filled.

Exchanges:

If your order has not shipped you may exchange your item, however, a restocking will be charged if it has been over 24 hours since placing order. Items that have already been shipped cannot be exchanged.

Cancellations:

  • If you decide to cancel your order after you’ve shipped your inclusions, you are responsible for covering the cost of returning them.

  • Orders cannot be cancelled after they’ve been shipped.

Customers are responsible for covering the shipping costs associated with sending orders for repair.
