Shipping Policy Notice

Once your package has been handed over to the postal service, Luna & Grace Keepsakes is no longer responsible for any lost, stolen, damaged or delayed items during transit. To ensure protection for your order, shipping insurance must be purchased at checkout. This insurance will cover the cost of lost or damaged packages. If an issue arise with your shipment, please contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim.

Processing Time

Current processing time is about 4-8 weeks from the date we receive your inclusions. For orders needed by Christmas, inclusions need to be delivered by October 25th.

Lost & Damaged Items

Luna & Grace Keepsakes is not responsible for items lost or damaged in the mail. You may purchase shipping insurance at checkout to insure items that are lost or damaged.

Customs and Import Taxes

Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. Luna & Grace Keepsakes is NOT responsible for delays due to customs.
