Here is how our process works:

HOW TO ORDER

  1.   Choose a piece from our collection.

  2.   If you have selected a ring and do not know your size, you can run by a local jeweler to confirm your size before placing the order.

  3.   Shortly after placing your order, you will receive a confirmation email with the instructions for mailing your inclusions.

  4. Once we receive your package, your order will be processed in 4-8 weeks. The time frame varies depending on the type of jewelry and our current order load.

After ordering, we invite you to contact us directly on Facebook. This allows us to discuss, with care and in intimate detail, exactly how you envision your memorial keepsake. We also create mock-ups with steady communication before crafting your final piece to ensure every detail is absolutely perfect for you.

 FAQs

  • We work with ashes and breastmilk, but our pieces can also be made with: dried flower petals, sand or soil, fabric cloth, hospital bracelets, pregnancy test caps, dried umbilical cord, placenta powder, & baby formula. If you have something you'd like included that is not listed above, please email us!

  • We add pearl white powder to the ash to create a unique white ash stone. Because ash comes in different colors, stone colors may vary. We preserve the flowers to look as close as possible to their natural color. We also have several different color powders that can be added to create your unique stone! Or you can request no color added.

    Mock ups will be created before finalizing your keepsake through communication via email or Facebook.

  • Yes, you are more than welcome to send multiple sets of ash, flowers, or anything else you want included in your items. You can send a small pea-sized amount of ash from each you want to include. You can also send multiple flower petals, along with other inclusions. Please email us with specific details after placing your order.

  • We do work with custom orders! You can email us; we will do our best to create your dream piece.

  • All jewelry comes with a care card and should be stored at regulated temperatures. Although they are waterproof, I suggest removing the jewelry when showering or swimming to keep the stone safe from harsh chemicals. For cleaning purposes, do not submerge the stone in jewelry cleaner; only use the cleaner on the metal.

  • Please allow 4-8 weeks to receive your jewelry. Processing times vary on the piece of jewelry when the inclusions are received, and the order load at the time.

  • Because our keepsakes are personalized, we do not offer returns or refunds on them. However, we would be more than happy to repair your items if they were damaged. Please email us if you have any questions and please read our Warranty & Refund Policy.

  • We offer .925 sterling silver, gold vermeil, 14k gold filled, 10k gold and 14k gold!

  • Gold vermeil is a form of gold plating or layering. Over time, this plating tends to wear off or tarnish. Because of this, it is more affordable than gold-filled or solid-gold options. Gold-filled items are about 5% gold and tend not to tarnish—gold-filled items are an excellent alternative to gold vermeil!
